Shipping prices vary based on your address. We ship from either our Mexico, or US warehouse based on your location. We will contact you after your payment is processed to quote shipping.

US orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Mexico orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx.

Orders shipped outside of Mexico or the US may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees. Additional charges may be incurred and must be payed for by the recipient. We have no control over these charges. Reach out to us before purchasing if you live outside Mexico or the US.

All of our guitars are produced once the payment has been processed. All guitars are built with an engraved serial number that includes your initials, for this reason, we can't sell them to another customer. Desert Guitar Company orders can only be canceled if production has not started. If you would like to cancel your order, call or email us as soon as possible so we can stop production. The cancelation fee is 10%. Once production has started, orders are not cancellable or refundable.

Our guitars are sold by our parent company located in Mexico. Sales tax in Mexico is 16% of MSRP. Your total will be $1,740.00 United States Dollars. Shipping will be quoted separately depending on your address. We will contact you after your payment is processed to define shipping.
