Desert Guitar Company under Border Prototypes S. de R. L. de C. V. limited lifetime warranty

Border Prototypes S. de R. L. de C. V. warrants any product produced under the Desert Guitar Company brand to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, except for pickups, switches, jacks, controls, all other electronic components, tuning machines, hardware, gig bags, cases, or any other component or accessories for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original retail purchaser that purchased directly from Border Prototypes S. de R.L. de C.V. and is subject to the limitations set forth herein.

Please retain your original sales receipt, it is your proof of purchase validating this limited warranty.

Please retain your original packaging, warranties will not be proceses unless they are shipped to us in their original packaging. 

The warranty will be void (not covered) under the following conditions: 1) any modification to the product, 2) acetone or any solvents damage, 3) accidents, 4) abuse, 5) lack of reasonable care, 6) shipping damage, 7) water and or moisture water, 8) violation of the aftercare recommendations stated in our FAQ.

For USA and MEXICO warranties, customer must contact sales@borderproto.com with proof of purchase and condition that warrants a warranty claim, an RMA authorization will be issued in 15 to 30 business days. If an RMA authorization is granted, customer must incur in shipping charges to our warehouse and from our warehouse to you.

Border Prototypes S. de R.L. de C.V. reserves the right to change any product specification, options, features and pricing at any time.
